Personal Training

After years of experience and trial and error, I have developed a unique, scientifically based training system that is fun, exciting, competitive (only with yourself), motivating, efficient, safe and effective!  We will build strength and lean muscle while burning fat and improve fitness, and I can customize programs for each individual’s needs, goals, schedule, budget and preferences.   I will help you reach your greatest potential, and I promise you will feel great!

Performance Training

As a Division 1 athlete, I had coaches and athletic trainers to work with.  If you want to reach a high level (in almost any sport), you need to get serious with performance training, strength and conditioning.  Even if you are novice and just want to improve, working out for your specific sport will help you do so much faster and will allow you to enjoy your game that much more.

Tennis Coaching

I am a former NY State champion and college tennis player.  With over 15 years experience as a tennis instructor for various clubs and programs in NY and NJ, I have worked with all ages and all levels from absolute beginners to top ranked tournament players.  I am currently a tennis pro at Mendon Pool and Racquet Club and I also teach privately outdoors in Pittsford.
