Personal Training

After years of experience and trial and error, I have developed a unique, scientifically based training system that is fun, exciting, competitive (only with yourself), motivating, efficient, safe and effective!  We will build strength and lean muscle while burning fat and improve fitness, and I can customize programs for each individual’s needs, goals, schedule, budget and preferences.   I will help you reach your greatest potential, and I promise you will feel great!

In-Home Private Training

Don’t fret going to the gym or leaving your home. We provide 1-on-1 or 2-on-1 training in the comfort of your home. Whether you have your own equipment or just a small open space, our program is designed to deliver results wherever you are.

In-Studio Personal Training

Don’t have the space? We offer 1-on-1 or 2-on-1 personal training at private gyms in the GTA allowing you to utilize high-end professional fitness equipment in a comfortable space without paying gym membership fees!

Semi-Private Training

Semi-private training is perfect for those who enjoy meeting and training with up to 3 people at a time. Designed with you in mind, our program offers a budget friendly solution for those looking for comradery and an extra push.

Performance Training

As a Division 1 athlete, I had coaches and athletic trainers to work with.  If you want to reach a high level (in almost any sport), you need to get serious with performance training, strength and conditioning.  Even if you are novice and just want to improve, working out for your specific sport will help you do so much faster and will allow you to enjoy your game that much more.

Tennis Coaching

I am a former NY State champion and college tennis player.  With over 15 years experience as a tennis instructor for various clubs and programs in NY and NJ, I have worked with all ages and all levels from absolute beginners to top ranked tournament players.  I offer private lessons in-home or at your preferred club.
